The Creative & The Code
Raised in North Bay, Dave cross-country skied for Team Canada in eight world championships. While building his business 9 Lives Design, Dave earned a Bachelor of Design from York University and Sheridan College with formal training in fine arts, graphic design, and interactive media. Dave graduated with Magna Cum Laude and won the prestigious Vanier Vingt-Deux Honour Roll award for his GPA.
After graduating, Dave returned home to North Bay to grow his business into an award-winning agency achieving recognition from the Association of Registered Graphic Designers (RGD) and Graphic Designers of Canada. 9 Lives Design won Northern Ontario Company of the Year in 2018. When he is not designing websites and brands for his clients, Dave polishes his craft by exploring graphic design as an expressive art form.
